A sales-execution system for real-estate teams, built on one idea: a CRM should tell you what to do next, not just store what already happened.

Most CRMs are built for reporting, not selling. They are databases with dashboards on top: excellent at telling a manager what happened last quarter, useless at telling an agent what to do in the next hour. In a brokerage that gap is expensive. Leads go cold in days, follow-ups slip, and the real state of the pipeline lives in individual agents’ heads.
Everything is organised around three parts.
The whole job of the system is to move each lead toward a closed deal or a deliberate disqualification, never a silent death in a forgotten column.
Command Center runs at a Dubai brokerage, where it handles the team’s day-to-day pipeline: active leads, follow-up scheduling and closing workflows. Being embedded with a real sales team under real quota pressure shaped the product far more than any roadmap. Features that did not change an agent’s daily behaviour were cut.
Built and operated end to end by the lab: product design, engineering, deployment and the long tail of keeping it running.
Live and in active development. Current work deepens the Intelligence part: lead-quality scoring and next-best-action suggestions informed by the pipeline’s own history.
